This tile has just been finished, and today Jim (my husband of 51 years) has popped it in the frame for me. Now to find a place to hang it!I can't believe it is July already. It is disappointing that I haven't had any new posts for a while - but large things (this tile is 15" x 11") take a while to paint and I don't seem to have much
free time to paint for myself. At the moment I am also painting a 12" urn and have only managed to paint the fruit on the front and back of it. Next will come the groundlay, raised paste and gold work; I suppose that will take another few weeks.
