Tauranga Porcelain Artist Assn club "Leaf Project" 2010.

This photo shows some of the plates painted by club members who participated in the Leaf Project some weeks' back. An explanation of the project is in a post just below Ellie's photograph.
It was a fun project with many designs and ways of painting the plates.

Her sister Sarah Jane (2 yrs 4 months) and her brother Jakob (14 months) think Ellie is wonderful and want to touch and kiss her all the time.

Leaf Project

Recently at our club, we had a project to make a disign from leaves people had picked out of their garden. We then transferred the design to an 8" plate and painted it using lustres, metallics and paint. There were a number of china painting products we could use . . . ie . . . chipping off powder, enamel, texture paste and gold.
This was my plate. And of course I loved exercising the brain to design and paint it. But I would rather paint roses!!
