Kiln Temperatures

Kiln temperatures and the firing process play an important part in getting the best results for the hours of work that is put in to painting the article.
Most of my work is fired to 820 degrees C on the first fire, and 800 on each successive fire. If I am putting gold on a piece on the last fire I will fire at 700 degrees C.
