Adele Powell Holt from the U.S.A. painted this lovely egg which arrived in my post box just this morning. So (of course) I immediately undid the box and took some pictures and wanted you to see it straight away too! The egg measures 3" and is glued to the pedestal. There are gorgeous roses with enamel embellishments, gold work and lots (and lots!) of fine coloured enamel dots which you will see below.
