Grapes on bone china


You can see I took this picture outside with the plate laying on the grass. Makes a nice surround actually!
My favourite thing to paint on is bone. There is always a nice finish to it and the paint seems to slide on easily. Firing needs to be a little lower than when firing porcelain. I normally fire porcelain at 800 degrees centegrade, and bone at 780 degrees centegrade.
